Lilian graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (with Distinction) from Simon Fraser University.

She believes in approaching therapy from a compassionate lens by listening to and working collaboratively with her clients to achieve their functional goals. With a strong clinical background in active rehabilitation and exercise prescription, she is a strong believer in the “movement pill.” That is, an individualized exercise program, that fits with your lifestyle, is an essential aspect of your rehabilitation. After your sessions with Lilian, you will understand contributors to your pain and feel empowered to implement lifestyle modifications to facilitate the healing process at work and at home.

Lilian has worked with diverse populations, including amateur and elite athletes, seniors, those with motor vehicle and work-related injuries, neurological conditions, and postural pain. She has a special interest in shoulder & knee rehabilitation.

She has received multiple awards in the Masters of Physical Therapy program for both academic and clinical success, including the Rehabilitation Sciences Award and Evert Boxtart Memorial Award in Physical Therapy. As a dedicated life-long learner, Lilian has completed several post-graduate certifications in manual therapy and movement-based techniques, including the Canadian Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, Mulligan Concept and Neurokinetic Therapy.

In her spare time, you can find Lilian playing ultimate frisbee, guitar, travelling and seeking outdoor adventures!
