Michelle graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia.

Michelle’s treatment approach includes a thorough assessment and education to help you better understand your body. She strongly believes in taking the time to listen to her client’s needs and empowering them towards proactive management. Her practice encompasses patient education, manual therapy and exercise prescription to ensure you reach your individual goals. Michelle is continuously finding ways to further her education to effectively help individuals recover and reach their full potential.

During her time in Sydney, Michelle worked with a diverse population of sports injuries, spinal surgeries, motor vehicle and work-related injuries, and chronic diseases. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active- whether that be snorkeling, running, strength training, yoga and bouldering, or just enjoying a cup of coffee.
